I cannot understand any lousy reviews remaining about this place. it's only wonderful. the only adverse thing I am able to say about it is that the walkway into the beach needs a little little bit of love. there are thorns that will Reduce you but as long when you enjoy where you step, this shouldn't be an issue. or just bend down and pull the little thorn stick things out of the sand and toss them aside. it's got everything you need. pots, pans, plates, cups, cooking utensils, and plenty of other kitchen provides. it was clean and it had been pretty. I will book this very same property for that same time next year. the water in Indian Pass is pretty murky but Never Allow THIS STOP YOU FROM COMING TO THE AREA! we swam in that water and it had been just as good because the surrounding blue waters. it truly is very close to many places with clear blue water. cape san blas is right down the road along with the water there is pretty. its also a short drive to port st joe and those beaches are breathtaking. you MUST visit st George island! its also a very short drive from this residence and we spent many days there.

From the outside, the property looks a little “operate down” compared to neighboring properties. But from the looks from anxiety-relief the neighboring properties, they would be well outside of our price selection. The inside photos were accurate and everything worked fine.

4 This property is basic but everything worked and we experienced no challenges.  Honestly for that price this house was wonderful. It was comfortable and clean. We would stay here all over again.

The house is as marketed - nothing fancy to your house but excellent location around the beach. No, the house just isn't full in the latest and best furnishings, but had plenty of place for our family of four, was clean, and had everything we needed. I actually appreciated that there was not loads of decorations/other "stuff" that our two small kids could potentially break or destroy.
